We build the infrastructure sport never had. For every athlete. Every sport. Everywhere. If that reads like a sell — keep scrolling. If it reads like a brief — write to us.

What we believe

Three things that define how we work.

01

The Ground is the Classroom.

We don't build from boardrooms. We build from pitches, dugouts and referee rooms. If you haven't stood on a grassroots ground, you don't understand the problem.

02

Precise Over Impressive.

Anyone can build technology. We build the right technology. Simple, deployable, necessary. If it doesn't work on a muddy pitch at 6pm on a Tuesday, it doesn't work.

03

Missionaries Only.

We are not building another SaaS tool. We are building infrastructure for hundreds of millions of athletes who have been ignored. If that doesn't excite you, this isn't your place.

Open roles

No open roles.
Write to us anyway.

If the mission excites you, start the conversation. We keep a short list, and the list gets picked first when we open roles.

Building for
the beautiful game.

Obsessed with football since 2011.

Hey, I’m Ved. I didn’t start with a product. I started by showing up at football matches with a laptop and figuring out what coaches actually needed. Those early pilots taught me more than any playbook could. That’s how Thinking Engines was born.

We build AI-powered analytics and officiating infrastructure for grassroots and semi-professional sport — the 99% of the game that professional tools completely ignore.

PostMatch is our analytics platform, delivered as a fully managed service. No setup, no technical team needed. Clubs get AI-generated match insights within hours of the final whistle. We are already working with 10 clubs and 250 athletes, including Mumbai Knights FC who won the MFA District League 2024-25.

PreViewis our portable, multi-camera VAR system that brings professional-grade officiating to leagues where that infrastructure simply doesn’t exist. We are currently building the prototype.

We are looking to connect with people who have shipped camera hardware, worked on edge inference, or have experience in embedded systems. If that’s you or someone you know — I’d love an intro.

Building for the beautiful game.
